Aiming at the standardization of production, the company Best 4 Pet will provide training on the way of sewing that must be followed by each partner.

It will also make visits to the companies to monitor the development of production, aiming to attest to the quality of the services provided by the partners and the fulfillment of the agreed deadlines.

With this, the company's fixed cost will be lower, as the company's location will not need a production area, it will only have the stock and packaging sector. Direct labor will be to provide training and production quality monitoring.

Another relevant factor is that the investment will be used to increase the company's production capacity, as it is not necessary to purchase sewing machinery.
